psw ipa

psw is a population healthcare company based in olympia, wa. worked with them professionally from march 2022-march 2023 as their marketing coordinator. ultimately our goal was to clean up and reorganize the department, create a stronger brand identity, and manage a 22,000 sq ft office build out project.

logo updates

some of my initial work with psw was "cleanup" as is often the case with many small-mid size companies. we couldn't find the original logo files for psw and the nwmhp brand needed to be updated. i re-made the psw logo and created a brand guide. then i did a total rebrand of nwmhp. these are the final logo version for each company.

nwmhp
rebrand

psw is the parent company for northwest momentum health partners. when we approached the idea of updating the nwmhp brand we wanted things to stay cohesive with the psw brand since the two often coexist on varying collateral.

we updated the font choices and colors to feel more modern and soft. we also incorporated the psw navy color to the nwmhp brand set to allow for cohesive cobranding while still keeping the brands separate.

scotchbroom

project

an exciting project i got to work on for psw was "project scotchbroom." due to fast and continued growth the office psw occupied was too small. i was part of the project team that oversaw the remodel and move-in to the new 22,000 sqft office space.

i helped to select furniture, finishes, paint, signage, and help with budget, tracking, and logistics throughout the year long project.

this gallery shows before and after pictures of the space psw previously occupied and the space they are in now.

day events

founder's

psw wanted to start celebrating their "founders day" - the day they were established by a small group of physicians in 1995 - and asked me to create a theme and staff focused week of events and activities.

since psw was founded in 1995 we went retro and the entire team had a blast! we had incredible engagement from our staff with everyone dressing up and battling it out in the 90's trend bracket challenge. we gave out limited edition stickers and swag and made sure to communicate the importance of celebrating the day as a company.

better health

pathway to

the pathway to better health was a community engagement event that psw wanted to put on quarterly to provide free education and programming. the goal with the first iteration of this event was to gauge interest and see if it was worth offering every quarter.

we created flyers for posting in local community centers, a mailer that was sent out to a geo-targeted customer base, and social media posts and event pages to promote the event online.

psw brand

while i was re-creating the core brand elements for psw i also helped refine some of the elements of their branding by help update the brand guide, company mission/vision/values, and created updated templates for letterhead, powerpoint, business cards and more.

social

for psw, social media was unchartered territory. so to start, we focused on creating brand aligned imagery and graphics to post for our major events and announcements. this build out required me to plan ahead for a year of content, create visual collateral that aligned with psw's core brand, and create content formatted for the desired channels (linkedin, facebook, and instagram).

psw has 3 target audiences: the community they serve, the physicians/hospitals/nurses they work with or have as clients, and their staff.
